I love pitting color against color in a design concept yet with a discernible subject in mind. Since the farms of NJ are an endangered species, I found myself intrigued with capturing their essence in voluptuous patterns. Red umbrellas and flying houses are also elements that keep popping up in my oil paintings. They seem to tell stories that can be interpreted by each viewer within their own life experiences. For me, it's God's protection and grace that is represented.
